Density LLC is looing for a dedicated plumber/pipefitter to join our growing team. The position is full time during typical daytime hours – Monday thru Friday. We are offering competitve pay and benefits.

Responsibilities:
– Assemble, install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures in commercial buildings

– Maintain accurate records of material and labor used.

– Inspect plumbing systems and accurately identify issues.
– Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems
– Cut, thread, and bend pipes using hand tools or machines
– Join pipes using various methods such as soldering, welding, or mechanical fittings
– Test plumbing systems for leaks and ensure they meet building codes and standards
– Install and repair fire sprinkler systems
– Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure proper coordination of plumbing installations and effetive project completion times.
– Follow safety protocols, building codes and maintain a clean work area.

Qualifications:
– 5 years minimum experience as a plumber or pipefitter
– Knowledge of plumbing codes and standards
– Proficient in using hand tools such as wrenches, pliers, and pipe cutters
– Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and schematics
– Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
– Familiarity with fire sprinkler fitting is a plus
– Ability to operate equipment such as calipers and rigging equipment
– Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team

– Journeyman plumber ‘Duval county’ License preffered.

– Foreman level employees will recieve a company truck.

– Experience working in military bases is preffered.

Pay: $28.00 – $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
